submitted by Kristine S. - |Recommended: YesLove it — If I wasn't graduating this year, I would definitely stay for another year. The price is perfect for the accommodations and convenience with the bus route and stores nearby. I paid 300 more last year and had a smaller room, shared a bathroom, and had a kitchen with outdated appliances. The Villas is the exact opposite of this and being 10 minutes away from campus allows me to escape the hustle and bustle when I need to but have easy access when I want it I really love living here
response from property -It's so nice to hear back from our resident guests that we're delivering on our promise at The Villas at Happy Valley! Congratulations on the next steps you're taking, Kristine! We love having you in our community :)
submitted by Frank C. - |Recommended: YesSatisfied — Excellent place to live if you know your roommates. This place is inexpensive in comparison to 90 of State College, and you definitely get what you pay for.
submitted by Courtney P. - |Recommended: YesVery nice, great view of the stadium — Very clean, well designed, nice place to live.

submitted by Shuliang L. - |Recommended: YesFine — sometime the whole places get smelly
response from property -Thank you so much for your review. The five stars for all categories are great, and they show that we're showing our care for the community. The smell is unfortunate. Due to some working being completed by the University Area Joint Authority on the local water treatment plant, the waste composting has been uncovered for much of the Summer and into this Fall. We have spoken with the UAJA, and they have assured us that the work will be completed in November, and the smell will abate. We'll all be able to breathe a sigh of relief when the work is completed. For more information on the project, and to enter a complaint in regards to the smell, you can visit the University Joint Authority Website.

submitted by Luke D. - |Recommended: YesIt is nice — It's a nice place but being so far from campus is a pain
response from property -Thank you so much for your kind words. Being approximately 3.5 miles from campus can pose some challenges. We provide free parking and a CATA bus pass for the HM Route to assist our residents in getting to wherever they need to go. We hope to see you at our Don't Dessert Us party for some tasty treats :)
submitted by Zabuillah S. - |Recommended: YesGreat — Nice, clean, and friendly.
submitted by Andrew F. - |Recommended: YesIt's simple and it works but it's not ideal. — If you have good roommates and don't mind thin walls, this place is good for you. The price is decent but it's in no way glamorous. Furniture is a little cheap and the carpets are not great. Perfect for grad students or young professional who don't intend to call State College their home long-term.
