Great place to live, and location is not too far from downtown|Recommended: YesRent is relatively cheap to get your own bedroom but definitely worth it to live a little farther off campus.

Nice size apartment, small kitchen, and grounds stairways could have better upkeep.|Recommended: YesThe parking spaces are incredibly tight and you are prone to vehicle damages due to reckless drivers parking next to you. I have personal experience with this matter and will have to pay hundreds to fix. The kitchen is very small and there is not a lot of counter space. The dishwasher barely works, and the stove oven is older and has bent oven plates. The room size is great for singles, and the living room space is large and roomy. The stairway was not maintained well. Overall for my price per month, great apartment. Could just use a few improvements.

Maintenance is prompt when there is a problem.|Recommended: YesIt's ok.
Not bad|Recommended: YesA little bit nicer than the ones you would find downtown, as well as cheaper. Not too far from downtown. 15-20 minute walk to classes depending on where they are.
Good 1st year Apartment|Recommended: YesThe 2 bedroom 1 bathroom option is very spacious for four tenants. A lot of space to spread out and live . Vinyl hardwood floors in the living dining room are an added bonus and make for easy cleanup. The shared courtyard located in the middle of the apartments is a very nice amenity. Laundry on site is also a nice bonus. Walking distance to campus is about 20-25 to the Thomas Building and about a 35-45 minute walk to the Chambers Building. Walking distance to Beaver Stadium is about 15 minutes, which is an added bonus and convenience on game day. A white loop bus stop is about 5 minutes away located at the meridian. Plenty of parking spaces available on site additional fee but the spaces are very tight, even for a mid sized crossover vehicle. The apartments are generally quiet but noise outside the apartment can be heard from the shared stack stairwell also the windows are thin and noise from people passing by traffic can be heard additionally noise from the tenants above can be heard. Overall, this property was a great first place to live in. For the low rental cost, I would highly recommend to people who are on a budget if your budget is little higher, I would recommending investing in a property that is closer to campus and downtown.

Good value while still being close and pretty nice.|Recommended: YesThe apartments are nice enough but there are some minor issues. Worth it for the price though. The courtyard is awesome when the weather is nice.
